Why this four door counter fridge earns its place
A refrigerated counter turns a stretch of the line into a prep surface with chilled storage underneath, and this one is built for a kitchen that needs plenty of it: three door sections plus two drawers under a single run of worktop, holding 393 litres of chilled storage. It gives a brigade room to work along the top while keeping a shift's ingredients cold and to hand below.
Built from stainless steel (AISI 201) with 60 mm insulation, the 7450.5025 runs at +2 to +8°C using ventilated R 600 A refrigeration with automatic defrost and digital control. The three doors take bulk and taller stock — trays, containers, backup ingredients — while the two drawers hold the mise en place a line cook reaches for constantly. Splitting the storage that way keeps the most-used items in the fastest spot and the rest behind doors, so a station stays stocked through service without runs to the walk-in. It is part of Combisteel's Energy Line range.
At 2,230 mm wide and 860 mm tall (700 mm deep), weighing 186 kg gross, it is a counter this long that needs a planned run of space at working height; each door and drawer needs clearance to open, so the layout is worth mapping before it arrives. The unit runs from a standard 230 V, 50 Hz mains socket at 3 kW. Our team can confirm the footprint and access for your kitchen, and handle installation and servicing across the region.
