Why this drawer fridge earns its place
A refrigerated counter earns its place on a busy line by doing two jobs in one footprint: it is a work surface to prep on and chilled storage underneath. This one combines a hinged door section with two drawers, holding 190 litres of chilled storage, so a chef can keep trays and loose ingredients to hand and reach them mid-service without walking to the walk-in.
Built from stainless steel (AISI 201) with 60 mm insulation, the 7450.5015 runs at +2 to +8°C using ventilated R 600 A refrigeration with automatic defrost and digital control. The drawers suit what a line cook reaches for repeatedly — portioned proteins, garnishes, prepped mise en place — while the door section takes taller or bulkier trays. At 1,360 mm wide and 860 mm tall (700 mm deep), weighing 123 kg gross, it fits a compact line while keeping ingredients chilled through service so the worktop above stays productive. The door-and-drawer split keeps the most-used stock in the fastest-access spot. It is part of Combisteel's Energy Line range and runs from a standard 230 V, 50 Hz mains socket at 3 kW.
A prep counter is designed to sit in a run of kitchen furniture at working height, so the space it slots into and the door and drawer swing all matter when you plan the line. Our team can confirm the footprint and clearances for your layout, and handle installation and servicing across the region.
