Why this prep counter earns its place
The Lincat Seal Food Preparation Bar FPB7 GJ759 is a refrigerated topping unit for prep counters and make lines. Lincat positions the FPB7 for attractive holding of chilled foods either front or back-of-house, so it suits both customer-facing counters and working prep stations.
The listed capacity is 7 x 1/3 GN, giving more topping positions than the smaller Seal prep-bar formats. It holds at +3 to +7 °C, uses R134a refrigerant and measures 1576 mm wide x 377 mm deep x 262 mm high, so it needs a longer, usable counter run with staff able to reach the full set of pans comfortably.
The stainless steel finish fits the wipe-clean expectations of a commercial preparation area. The GJ759 is listed with a 30.5 kg gross weight, 230V supply and 2 years parts and labour warranty. Note the manufacturer wording that glass lid and gastronorm pans are sold separately, so include those in the complete counter plan if required.
