Why this stainless lid topping unit earns its place
The 7450.0031 is a refrigerated topping unit that sits at the make-line and holds Gastronorm pans of prepared toppings, garnishes and fillings chilled at +2 to +7 °C and ready to hand. It is the piece that turns a counter into an assembly station: the same components sit in front of the operator, cold and covered, so orders are built in seconds rather than fetched from a fridge. The unit measures 1200 mm wide and 395 mm deep, fitting most pass runs without monopolising the space. The stainless steel lid closes over the pans between orders.
In service the stainless lid protects the chilled food and holds the cold when the station is quiet, then opens for assembly during a push. The Gastronorm pans lift straight out for restocking and cleaning, which keeps the station moving through a busy shift. At 40 dB(A) it runs quietly in the background. It is built for a make-line running the same builds repeatedly, where mise en place needs to stay chilled at the point of assembly.
This is a countertop format designed to sit on a worktop or on a matching refrigerated base at the make-line. The stainless steel 18/8 construction wipes down and suits a HACCP cleaning routine, and weighs 36 kg so it sits stably on a prep counter. The unit wants a 230V socket within reach and airflow clearance so it can shed heat through automatic defrost.
