Why this prep counter earns its place
The Polar G-Series AB090 is a countertop prep fridge for chilled mise en place at the point of assembly. It holds six 1/4 GN pans, giving sandwich, pizza, salad and garnish stations a dedicated pan line instead of pulling every ingredient from an undercounter fridge.
Static cooling keeps the pan well simple and direct, while the countertop format keeps ingredients visible and within reach during repeatable builds. It is a prep unit rather than bulk storage, so it works best when restocked from your main fridge through service.
The unit is 1400 mm wide, 330 mm deep and 435 mm high, with a 31 kg gross weight. Check the counter run, wall clearance and working height before ordering, especially if it is going under shelving or beside a pass screen. It is supplied with a two-year parts and labour warranty.
