Why this glass topping unit earns its place
The Infrico VET6P is a refrigerated tapas display counter built to hold six GN1/3 containers along a 1620 x 410 x 230mm run, putting chilled tapas, deli items or grab-and-go food on show right at the counter. It's an anodized aluminium unit designed for front-of-house display rather than back-of-house storage, keeping product visible and accessible to customers or serving staff.
Cooling comes from a cold plate evaporation system paired with a ventilated condensation system, running on R600a refrigerant with static cooling and manual defrost. The unit is rated to climate class 4 and consumes 190 kWh a year, drawn through a standard 13A supply. It's supplied with GN1/3 containers at 40mm depth, ready to load straight from delivery, and gross weight is 53kg.
Construction pairs an anodized aluminium silver exterior with an AISI 304 grade stainless steel interior, and inner joints are curved for easy cleaning around food-contact surfaces. LED illumination built into the top profile lights the display for merchandising, while a lifting curved front glass gives customer-facing access without breaking the cold chain, and sliding rear doors let staff restock from behind the counter.
