Why this glass topping unit earns its place
The Atosa VRX1200/380 brings the transparency of a glass-lid unit into a smaller footprint. Four 1/3 GN pans sit visible under glass, so you and your team see exactly what's ready without lifting a cover or reaching into a cabinet. Every element stays in view and in reach.
The glass runs across a solid stainless steel frame — interior and exterior both high-grade, built to resist water, salt and acid. The compressor tucks to the side, leaving your workspace clear. Temperature locks between +2°C and +8°C, managed by an electronic Dixell controller you check in a second. Automatic defrost runs overnight; you never touch a drain or scrape ice. The unit ships ready with four gastro pans and lids.
It's built for kitchens where space is tight, visibility matters, and every element needs to earn its place. The deli counter, the small gastro pub, the café with a visible prep station — this is where it shines.
