The Polar U-Series UA065 triple door counter fridge pairs 291 litres of usable chilled storage with a full 1795mm-wide stainless steel prep counter — a genuine working surface for busy prep service, not just a lid over a fridge. The rear upstand stops food debris falling down the back of the unit, cutting cleaning time at the end of the day.
Three adjustable shelves hold the 291-litre usable capacity, and forced air cooling with 50mm of insulation keeps contents at a reliable -2 to +8°C throughout service, even when the doors are being opened constantly. The unit is rated Climate Class 5, and input power runs to 300W.
Stainless steel construction runs throughout for durability and easy cleaning, refrigerant is R600a, and the counter is rated Energy Class A at 598.6kWh a year (EEI 23.6%). It's backed by a 2-year parts and labour warranty and weighs 139kg gross. Gastronorm trays are compatible but sold separately.
