The Ecofrost 7950.5040 is a three-door refrigerated counter for the prep line, holding 417 litres of chilled storage across three compartments. It gives a working top to prep on with chilled storage in the three doors directly beneath, so a kitchen can keep ingredients cold at the exact point they're used rather than trekking to a walk-in mid-service. The unit is stainless steel 18/8 with 60mm insulation and automatic defrost, maintaining +2 to +8 °C with ventilated cooling for steady performance under continuous door access.
Across a shift the three under-counter doors hold prep and backup stock at the pass, and the adjustable feet let you level the unit on an uneven kitchen floor so it sits square and drains as intended. At 1795mm wide and 850mm tall, it's a substantial counter that fits a busy line while still being deliverable through a standard kitchen doorway at 140kg. The internal cavity is 1234mm wide and 564mm deep, big enough for full-depth GN trays and sheet pans.
