Why this triple door counter fridge earns its place
The GS365ST is a three-door gastronorm counter fridge for chilled storage right under the pass. It gives you 400 litres gross and 368 litres net across three compartments, with three white wire shelves and a stainless steel exterior and interior. Three hinged solid doors keep sections separated for organised prep and service.
It holds +2 to +10 °C with an electronic controller and automatic off-cycle defrost, and carries a climate class 4 rating so it maintains temperature in warm kitchens. At 42 dB it is quiet enough to sit on a customer-facing line. Rated energy class C at 1149.8 kWh a year, it costs about £287 a year at 25p/kWh, using R600a refrigerant with a 110 g charge.
Inside, the working space measures 1295 × 515 × 500 mm across the three compartments. It runs from a standard 13A supply and draws 235W, and at 120 kg gross it is a manageable install for a counter unit.
