The Ecofrost 7950.5080 is a triple-door refrigerated counter — a stainless under-counter fridge that combines chilled storage with a working prep surface. It keeps a prep line stocked at the point of use, so staff pull ingredients from below rather than crossing the kitchen to a walk-in. At 1365mm wide and 700mm deep, it fits a standard counter run, with 400 litres of chilled capacity spread across three doors underneath a continuous worktop.
In daily use, the three doors give segregated chilled storage for rotation and stock control, while the worktop over them takes the prep work. It holds ingredients at +2 to +8°C through service, using low-energy static cooling with a fan and automatic defrost — built to run continuously without fuss. The 60mm insulation and R290 refrigerant keep the running cost down while maintaining reliable cold.
Construction is stainless steel 18/8 throughout for wash-down and hygiene, and the unit is freestanding to sit within a kitchen run. At 876mm tall and weighing 125kg, it sits comfortably under standard counter height and moves into position without major effort.
