The 7950.5225 is a three-door refrigerated counter from Combisteel, holding 339 litres in 1/1 gastronorm compatible compartments beneath a continuous worktop. Built in stainless steel 18/8 with 60 mm insulation, it maintains +2 to +8°C using R290 refrigerant with automatic defrost, so a kitchen gets cold storage and a prep surface in one bench.
Through service the cabinet keeps prepped and raw stock chilled while the top stays clear for prep and plating. Three doors let a team section stock by product or shift and work without leaving the line. The unit is 1795 mm wide, 600 mm deep and 850 mm tall, weighing 120 kg on a 230V single-phase supply.
