Why this triple door counter fridge earns its place
The Blizzard HBC803 extends the deep-counter format to three doors, taking the same 800mm depth and Euronorm tray compatibility as the HBC802 and adding a third door's worth of storage. At 2020 x 800 x 850mm (W×D×H), it suits prep lines that need three distinct cold sections at counter height rather than one undivided cabinet.
Gross capacity is 580 litres, holding -2 to +8°C across three doors with three adjustable shelves. Cooling is ventilated via a ducted air system, drawing 320 kWh a year on a standard 13-amp supply. Automatic defrost is built in, so there's no manual ice-clearing routine to schedule around service.
Stainless steel exterior and interior, self-closing doors with dwell position, replaceable gaskets, rounded internal corners and a digital temperature controller are all standard, as on the HBC802. It runs on R290 refrigerant, is climate class 4 rated, and holds noise to 42dB. Gross weight is 154kg, mounted on lockable heavy duty castors.
