Why this triple door counter fridge earns its place
The MR2190PDC is INFRICO's triple hinged-door pass-thru refrigerated counter — three separate compartments in one stainless steel run, designed so stock can be loaded from one side and drawn from the other without the whole line stopping to swap positions. It's a counter format built for kitchens where prep and service sit either side of the same run, or where back-of-house restocking needs to happen without crossing the pass.
Each of the three doors opens onto its own compartment with one shelf apiece, giving 590 litres of gross refrigerated volume in total. Ventilated cooling and fully automatic defrost keep temperature consistent across all three sections without manual intervention, and the whole unit runs on a 13-amp single-phase supply rated at 580kWh a year. Climate class 5 puts it at the more demanding end of the range — built to hold its temperature reliably in ambient conditions up to 40°C, useful where the counter sits close to cooking equipment.
The cabinet is built in high-grade AISI 304 stainless steel inside and out, with rounded internal corners and an internal drain for easy hose-down cleaning, sitting on adjustable legs at 2185 × 800 × 850mm and 260kg gross. It's a completely injected compact structure with electronically controlled operation and a digital temperature display, and the door gaskets are designed to be replaced individually rather than needing a whole new door when they wear. R290 refrigerant runs the system.
