The 7950.0082 is a three-door refrigerated prep counter from Combisteel's counter range. It sits under the worktop and turns the space beneath your line into cold storage, holding 417 litres across three doors so a busy section keeps its ingredients within reach instead of tying up a reach-in across the kitchen. At just under 1.8m wide and 850mm tall, it fits a standard kitchen run without dominating floor space.
In service the three doors give access to stored stock while the top doubles as a work surface, keeping prep, plating and cold storage in one run. The three-door width suits a longer line where more than one section works off the same counter through a shift. Built in stainless steel 18/8 with 60mm insulation and ventilated cooling, it runs quietly at 42 dB(A) and automatically defrosts so there's no manual maintenance mid-shift.
