Why this triple door counter fridge earns its place
This is a three-door refrigerated counter from the Combisteel 700 range, built to put chilled storage directly under the work surface in a working kitchen. At 1865 mm wide, 700 mm deep and 850 mm high, it gives a substantial prep run without stretching into the footprint of a four-door counter. The 474 litre gross volume suits line stock, mise en place and backup ingredients that need to stay close to the pass.
Day to day, the three doors let you zone stock by section or by service and open only the compartment you need. Ventilated R290 cooling and a digital controller hold the cabinet in the -2 to +8 °C chilled band, with automatic defrost taking routine ice management out of the shift. The 50 mm insulation and 43 °C maximum ambient rating are useful details in a hot, busy kitchen.
The stainless steel AISI 304 body gives the counter a hard-wearing, wipe-clean finish, and the listed 40 dB(A) noise level keeps it civilised for line-side use. At 170 kg gross weight it still needs proper delivery planning: check doorways, turns and the final run before ordering, then leave room for door swing, airflow and servicing access. The supply is listed as 230 V, 50 Hz, so confirm connection details with your fitter.
