Why this triple door counter fridge earns its place
The Blizzard HBC3NU is a triple hinged-door counter refrigerator built without the rear upstand fitted to Blizzard's standard HBC3 — a flush-fit option for a counter that sits under an existing worktop or splashback rather than needing its own raised lip. At 1795 × 700 × 850mm, it holds 417 litres gross across three doors.
Three adjustable shelves give straightforward racking, and an even, ducted air distribution system keeps temperature consistent along the full length of the counter. Cooling is ventilated, run through a Dixell digital controller, and on a standard 13-amp supply the unit is rated Energy Class C at 230 kWh a year.
Build is stainless steel exterior and interior, rated climate class 4 and running at 42dB. All three doors are self-closing with a dwell position for hands-free loading and fitted with replaceable gaskets, with internal corners rounded for cleaning. The refrigerant is R290, defrost is automatic, and the 154kg unit sits on lockable heavy-duty castors, available with a 2 or 3 drawer option in place of the doors.
