Why this counter fridge earns its place
The Polar U-Series UA074 four door counter fridge tops out the energy-efficient counter range's chilled storage options, giving high-volume kitchens a full 632-litre-class cabinet with four independent doors. Stainless steel construction runs through the interior and exterior, with a 1/1 gastronorm compatible interior for direct tray loading.
Usable capacity is 408 litres across four adjustable shelves. Forced air cooling delivers consistent temperatures even under constant door opening across four separate compartments, with the compressor positioned to shorten cold air travel distance. Drawing 310W, the counter runs on R290 refrigerant and is rated Climate Class 5.
60mm of insulation and Energy Class A consumption at 642.0kWh a year (EEI 22.7%) keep running costs proportionate to the largest capacity in the range. Automatic electric defrost, self-closing doors and a digital controller round out day-to-day operation, with lockable doors for stock security.
