Why this four door counter fridge earns its place
The Blizzard HBC4SL takes the four-door counter fridge format and trims the depth to 600mm, making it the pick for kitchens where a full 700 or 800mm deep counter run won't fit but four separate doors of cold storage still matter. It's built stainless steel throughout for continuous commercial use, measuring 2230 x 600 x 850mm (W×D×H), and slots into a slimmer prep line without losing the door-per-section layout larger kitchens rely on.
Gross capacity is 449 litres spread across the four doors, each holding one of four adjustable shelves, so stock can be reorganised by section as menus change through the week. Cooling is ventilated, circulated by a ducted air system for even temperature door to door, and the cabinet runs on a standard 13-amp supply at 345 kWh a year, carrying an Energy Class D rating. Automatic defrost keeps ice from building up without manual intervention.
Build detail includes replaceable door gaskets, self-closing doors with a dwell position for loading, and lockable heavy duty castors so the unit can be secured in place or moved for cleaning behind it. Internal corners are rounded for wipe-down cleaning, and a digital temperature controller gives an at-a-glance readout. It runs on R290 refrigerant, is rated to climate class 4, and holds noise to 42dB. Gross weight is 160kg.
