The Ecofrost is a four-door refrigerated counter built for the back of a commercial kitchen. It holds 449 litres of chilled storage in 1/1 gastronorm compatible compartments, combined with a counter-height working surface so a prep station and a cold store sit in the same footprint rather than competing for floor space. It is built in stainless steel 18/8 with 60 mm insulation, maintaining +2 to +8°C using R290 refrigerant with automatic defrost.
Four separate doors let you section stock and limit how much cold air escapes each time one is opened, which suits a kitchen where different components are pulled through a shift. It is built for back-of-house prep and holding rather than customer-facing display. The unit is 2230 mm wide, 600 mm deep and 850 mm tall, weighing 141 kg.
