The Combisteel Refrigerated Counter 4 Doors is a four-door refrigerated prep counter from Combisteel's range. It puts chilled storage beneath a full-length worktop, so a commercial kitchen keeps cold stock and a working surface together in a single back-of-house footprint. At 2230mm wide and 850mm tall, it suits a longer prep run, holding 553 litres of chilled ingredients across four full-height doors.
Four separate doors divide the cabinet into full-height sections, so staff can group stock by type and open only one part at a time, which helps hold temperature through a busy service. The stainless steel 18/8 build runs quietly at just 42 dB(A) thanks to its ventilated cooling system, so it won't dominate the pass acoustically. It holds ingredients at +2 to +8°C with automatic defrost, so no manual thawing breaks up the shift.
