Why this four door counter fridge earns its place
This four-door refrigerated counter is a back-of-house workhorse: a full run of chilled cabinet storage behind four doors, topped with a worktop that doubles as prep and plating space along the service line. It holds 553 litres of chilled storage across a 2230mm run, dressed in stainless steel 18/8 with 60mm insulation (thicker than smaller prep units) and automatic defrost. It maintains +2 to +8 °C with ventilated cooling, so it stays steady even under continuous door traffic.
It runs as a chilled counter for fresh ingredients and prepped stock staged through service rather than long-term storage. Four doors let you zone ingredients and pull stock without opening one large cavity each time; the internal cavity is 1669mm wide and 564mm deep, big enough for full-depth GN containers and sheet pans. At 170kg and 850mm tall, it's a substantial piece that needs clear delivery access but sits flush into a run of kitchen counters.
The unit runs on 230V at 0.34kW, economical for the capacity and duty cycle it carries. Adjustable feet level the worktop and take up dips in the floor at install. Full external dimensions, weight and electrical supply are on the spec panel — measure doorways and the bench run before delivery, and leave clearance around the condenser for airflow and servicing.
