Why this double door counter fridge earns its place
The 7950.0080 is a two-door refrigerated counter. It gives a working surface for prep and plating with two refrigerated doors of chilled storage underneath, holding 282 litres so ingredients and back-up stock are held cold at the station rather than across the kitchen. At 1360mm wide and 850mm tall, it's the compact workhorse — tight enough for a small kitchen but still substantial enough for a busy pass.
Day to day, the worktop takes assembly and service while the cabinet below keeps reserves cold and to hand at +2 to +8°C. Two doors split the storage so sections can be organised and reached without opening the whole counter at once. Built from stainless steel 18/8 with 60mm insulation and ventilated cooling, it runs quietly at 42 dB(A) and automatically defrosts, so minimal fuss mid-shift. The doors are lockable, so stock and components stay secure if the kitchen empties overnight.
