The Foster EcoPro G3 EP700L-41/108 is the premium-specification single-door freezer in Foster's EcoPro G3 range, pairing with the EP700H fridge on the same cabinet platform for kitchens standardising chilled and frozen storage on one system. It suits restaurants, hotels and food businesses wanting the EcoPro G3 platform's efficiency and hygienic design applied to frozen storage.
Net volume is 482 litres, holding a genuine -21 to -18°C deep-freeze range with air distribution optimised by CFD design technology for even cooling under full load. Running cost is rated at 1160.7 kWh a year, Energy Class C, EEI 31.0%, on a 4610W input — freezers draw considerably more than fridges of the same footprint to hold sub-zero temperature, and this reflects that rather than inefficiency. Foster rates the cabinet to operate effectively in ambient conditions up to 43°C.
Construction is stainless steel exterior with an aluminium interior, built to Foster's premium specification with Foster Shield technology for advanced temperature control and hygienic design. The PureControl display uses pure LED InGaN technology for a clearer, longer-lasting readout, with gateway connectivity available as an option. Refrigerant is R290, and the cabinet carries 2 years on-site parts and labour warranty.
