Why this single door commercial upright freezer earns its place
The BLIZZARD BF1SS is a single hinged-door upright gastronorm freezer. It gives a kitchen a full-height column of frozen storage on gastronorm-compatible shelving, keeping frozen stock organised and reachable in a single-door footprint rather than a chest or a walk-in.
Defrost is automatic, so the cabinet manages its own evaporator without staff stopping to clear ice. It carries climate class 4, meaning it is built to hold its frozen temperature in the warm, humid ambient a working kitchen generates rather than losing ground when the room heats up.
The cabinet is 740 mm wide, 840 mm deep and 2010 mm high, with a gross weight of 141 kg — at just over two metres tall, check doorway height and the delivery route, and allow a level position with clearance for the hinged door to swing. Cooling uses R290, a low-GWP natural hydrocarbon refrigerant now standard across commercial refrigeration.
