Why this single door commercial upright freezer earns its place
The 7950.5015 is a single-door upright freezer holding 650 litres in a stainless steel 18/8 cabinet: full-height frozen storage that stands on a 740 × 830 mm footprint. It's back-of-house kit for holding frozen stock — bulk ingredients, prepped batches, portioned product — behind one door, with 624 × 702 × 1401 mm of internal shelved space.
One door keeps cold loss down each time it's opened, and the upright format keeps stock at eye level and on shelves rather than stacked in a chest. It maintains -18 to -22 °C via ventilated cooling and a digital controller, with an LED interior light so you can see what's where. Loaded and rotated day to day, it's the frozen counterpart to an upright fridge on the line.
As a full-height cabinet standing 2010 mm high and weighing 141 kg, the thing to plan is the doorway and the lift into position on delivery, then clearance above and behind for the condenser to breathe. The unit runs at 0.44 kW on a 230 V supply, using R290 refrigerant in a 60 mm insulated cabinet. Site it on a level floor within reach of a socket, and leave room for the door to swing fully.
