Why this under counter freezer earns its place
The Hoshizaki F360 is a compact single-door undercounter freezer with a stainless steel exterior. It puts frozen holding where the work happens — under the counter at the prep line — so line staff have 76 litres of frozen stock within reach instead of walking to a back-of-house freezer mid-service.
Day to day it works as a point-of-use freezer for a single station. At 830 mm wide and 642 mm tall, it measures just 595 mm deep, fitting beneath a standard prep run. It maintains -22 to -5 °C with fan-assist cooling and energy class B performance, consuming around 905 kWh per year. As a compact single-door unit it suits stations, small kitchens and tight service runs rather than bulk storage, keeping a working reserve of frozen product close to hand and out of the main freezer's way. At 44 kg it's manageable during installation and moves easily if the kitchen layout changes.
On install it is designed to slot into an undercounter run, so measure the aperture and leave clearance for airflow before fitting. The stainless steel finish cleans well under busy kitchen conditions. It is backed by a manufacturer parts-and-labour warranty, and Craven Cooling can handle installation and servicing.
