Why this walk-in freezer earns its place
The CRNF1515 is a walk-in freezer room for bulk frozen storage at -20 to -10 °C in back-of-house. Its 1500 × 1500 × 2200 mm external footprint encloses 1260 × 1260 × 1960 mm of internal space behind a single hinged solid door — room to store trays, cases and frozen production together in one controlled environment. Finished white inside and out, the surfaces wipe down for routine hygiene.
An electronic controller holds the -20 to -10 °C band day to day, and defrost is automatic using hot gas, so frost does not build on the evaporator between services. The refrigeration circuit uses R290 with a 150 g charge, draws 1100 W and runs on a 13 A supply. Rated noise is 60 dB. On verified energy use of 8208 kWh a year, running cost is about £2052 a year at 25p/kWh.
With a 1500 × 1500 × 2200 mm external footprint, plan the room's floor space and ceiling clearance into your layout; the single hinged door opening is 700 mm wide and 1765 mm high. Net weight is 305 kg and gross weight 335 kg. It runs on a 220–240 V/50 Hz, 13 A supply, with the R290 circuit carrying a 150 g charge, finished white inside and out.
