Why this display fridge earns its place
The Hoshizaki HNC-180BE-L (DE911-L) is a refrigerated sushi display case for presenting prepared, ready-to-eat food at a steady +0 to +5 °C. Hoshizaki's design maintains stable humidity without forced-air drying or defrost cycles that damage delicate product, so it's built to hold made-up sushi and similar chilled items on show at the counter where customers can see the range and staff serve or let people self-select. At 72 litres and 1.8 m wide, it suits sushi counters, takeaways and food-to-go fixtures where prepared product needs to look fresh and stay cold on display.
In service it works as a chilled display: prepared product goes in already cold and the case holds it on show through trading. The cabinet is 345 mm deep and 270 mm high, draws 150 W, and has a sliding glass door in stainless steel. Load it with pre-chilled stock rather than using it to pull warm food down, rotate to keep the front fresh, and clear and clean it down at the end of service. The case carries a 2-year warranty and uses R134a refrigerant.
Site it on a firm, level counter with clearance for the refrigeration to ventilate, away from ovens, heaters and direct sun. The unit weighs 42 kg when empty. Check the counter run and electrical supply against the spec table below before ordering — confirm your power availability and measure the available depth. Craven Cooling can support and service the cabinet after installation.
