Why this sushi display fridge earns its place
The INFRICO VSU6P is a 1620 mm wide refrigerated sushi display designed to sit on a counter and hold prepared sushi and chilled small plates in front of the customer. At just 230 mm high and 410 mm deep it takes up counter frontage rather than floor space, running the full 1620 mm width as a low, in-line display along a service point or grab-and-go station. The aluminium finish keeps it clean-looking and easy to wipe down on a food-prep line.
In use, the display runs on R134a refrigerant and holds a climate class 4 rating, so it is built to keep temperature in a warmer ambient than a standard-class unit. It uses manual defrost, so build a periodic defrost into the cleaning routine rather than leaving it to run indefinitely — worth planning around your quieter trading periods so the display is clear when you need it.
For siting, the unit measures 1620 mm wide, 410 mm deep and 230 mm high, and weighs 60 kg. That low, shallow footprint means it needs a solid, level stretch of counter that can take the weight and leave airflow around the unit. Position it where staff can restock easily and customers get a clear view of the display along its full length.
