Why this sushi display fridge earns its place
The Sushi Display is a Combisteel refrigerated sushi display cabinet: a slim, long countertop unit measuring 1529 mm wide, 426 mm deep and 296 mm tall, built to present sushi and cold prepared items chilled and clearly visible. It sits along a counter or till point and merchandises made-up product front-of-house, so customers browse the range by sight and staff serve or restock straight from the display. At 44 kg, it needs a solid counter to support it.
As a chilled display cabinet it runs its own static refrigeration and holds prepared items at serving condition — between 0 °C and 12 °C — through the trading day. The glazed front with LED interior lighting keeps the product visible from the customer side and the cold air contained. The cabinet holds 62 litres, which is what a grab-and-go sushi counter or retail display needs to work effectively.
Being a slim countertop format designed as a long, low run, it needs a level surface with clearance around the cabinet for airflow and a socket within reach. Plan the counter run and any pass-through doorways before delivery — the 1529 mm width needs a continuous stretch of clear bench. Keep the unit clear of ovens, heaters and direct sun so the refrigeration can hold temperature steadily and the display stays effective throughout service.
