Why this flat glass serve over fridge earns its place
The Tavira II 150F is a slimline serve-over counter built for fresh chilled display in compact retail spaces. Its 0.96 m² display area presents produce to customers across the counter, while a stainless steel interior and white exterior keep the cabinet clean and neutral behind the service line. As a serve-over format it suits staff-served counters where product is picked to order.
It holds a temperature band of +2 to +8 °C, the range for fresh deli, dairy and prepared chilled goods. Cooling uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant with a 350 g charge, and defrost runs automatically on the off cycle, so there is no manual intervention. Rated at 54 dB, it is quiet enough for a customer-facing counter, and it carries climate class 3 for typical indoor ambient conditions.
The counter runs from a standard 13 A single-phase supply at 220–240 V, so no special electrical work is needed beyond a dedicated socket. Energy use is rated at 1744.7 kWh a year — about £436 a year at 25p/kWh — at energy class E. The R290 refrigerant circuit is factory-sealed with a 350 g charge.
