Why this flat glass serve over fridge earns its place
The TEFCOLD SOCA-F12590B is a flat-glass serve-over counter built for face-to-face fresh-food service. Its 1.08 m² refrigerated display area presents chilled produce to the customer across the counter while staff serve from behind, and the flat glass front gives a clear, uninterrupted view of the goods. The cabinet measures 1250 × 1130 × 1190 mm externally, a full-depth counter with room for a generous display.
It holds -1 to +5 °C using ventilated cooling for even temperature across the display, with an automatic electric defrost and electronic control. Natural R290 refrigerant (a 150 g charge) keeps it low-impact, and the cabinet draws 320 W. It is rated at climate class 3 and a noise level of 60 dB. On its rated 2190 kWh a year, running cost is about £548 a year at 25p/kWh.
At 260 kg gross and 220 kg net it is a substantial counter, and it ships packed at 1500 × 1250 × 1400 mm — plan a wide, clear delivery route, as the packed depth of 1250 mm exceeds a standard single doorway. It runs from a 220–240 V / 50 Hz supply. Allow ventilation clearance around the cabinet so the cooling performs to spec.
