Why this serve over counter earns its place
The PG012 is Polar's G-Series serve-over counter fridge with a straight glass front and a listed width of 1985 mm. It is the traditional served-counter format, where staff serve product to customers from behind a chilled, glazed display: the layout used by delis, butchers, bakeries and farm shops to sell fresh product by the cut, slice or portion.
The straight glass gives a clean, front-on view of the display so customers can see and choose before they are served. The manufacturer description lists a generous display deck, sturdy intermediate glass shelf, bright LED lighting, built-in stainless steel work surface, refrigerated under storage, self-closing doors, automatic defrost, 30 mm insulation and a digital controller, so the cabinet works as both merchandising space and serving station.
The specification lists static cooling, R290 refrigerant, a 220V supply and 1085 W rated input. At 1985 mm wide, 800 mm deep and 1235 mm high, with a 191 kg gross weight, it needs a measured delivery route, a level floor run, working room behind and ventilation clearance. The warranty is 2 years parts and labour, and Craven Cooling supplies and services the PG012.
