Why this flat glass serve over fridge earns its place
The Cold Display Morris 3.0 is a long flat-glass serve-over counter for selling fresh chilled food face to face. At 3084 mm wide — nearly three metres — and built with four back storage doors, this is a substantial counter that anchors the shop floor. The flat glass front runs the length of the deck for an uninterrupted view, so deli meats, cheeses, prepared foods and patisserie are on full show, giving customers a reason to buy on impulse rather than just collect what they came in for. Staff serve from behind; customers choose from the front.
It holds fresh product at safe chilled serve-over temperatures between +2 and +10 °C across the full length of the deck, keeping a large counter of stock in condition through service. The cabinet uses static cooling with LED interior lighting, so stock is visible and properly held all day without the draught of ventilated cooling. Kept loaded and faced up, it works as hard on presentation as it does on food safety — a full counter is what makes serve-over sell — and the flat glass wipes down quickly at the end of the day.
This is a long counter at 1095 mm deep and weighing 300 kg, so plan the run and delivery carefully before order. The Morris 3.0 is transport-on-request, so our team will confirm the exact dimensions, weight, access needs and electrical supply for your site — allow adequate clearance around the cabinet for heat to be shed from the static cooling system — and arrange delivery to your premises. It runs from a single 230V mains connection.
