Why this multideck earns its place
The CED Kubus KPC9HT is the rear-loading slimline Kubus drop-in multideck, built for operators who need open-front chilled display in a compact 900 mm wide footprint. It can work freestanding as a grab-and-go solution with the optional fascia, or be accommodated within a cut-out counter run, giving 228.6 litres of refrigerated display across three chilled toughened-glass shelves and the cold deck below.
The rear loading format is the practical difference. Staff can replenish and rotate stock from the operator side while customers browse the open front, which suits counters where the aisle face needs to stay clean during busy service. The shelves adjust in height and angle, with diffused lighting, product stops and 40 mm point-of-sale ticket strips at the shelf fronts; extra illumination in the rectangular gantry keeps the display bright.
Performance is specified for chilled display rather than storage: fan-assisted cooling, R290 refrigerant with GWP 3, and a stated -1 to +5 °C temperature range. A flat toughened-glass sneeze screen, serve-over glass canopy and side glass protection protect the customer side, while the bright polished steel and aluminium superstructure gives the Kubus range its squared-off look.
