The CW660 is the slimline drop-in multideck in CED's Designline range — a 600mm-wide, narrow-footprint chilled display built to recess into a counter, island or gondola run. Standing at 1467mm tall but just 750mm deep, it fits into tight spaces yet holds 247 litres of chilled stock across three adjustable shelves. The slimline format is specified where a full-width multideck won't fit but the fixture still needs an open, browsable chilled face: tight food-to-go runs, end bays and secondary sitings. The open deck front presents stock at hand height to drive impulse pick-up.
Day to day, the open front keeps stock visible and reachable, so even a narrow run of shelf space earns its keep as a display rather than plain storage. The Designline styling keeps the customer-facing side clean, and the surfaces wipe down as part of a routine clean. Faced-up and kept stocked, the slimline holds its merchandising pull through peak trading, cooled by R290 refrigerant for efficient all-day operation.
As a drop-in, the CW660 is built into the surrounding counter or gondola rather than wheeled into place, so treat the install as a fixture job and plan the aperture in advance. Its slimline width is the point of the model — it slots into runs a wider cabinet can't — but confirm the exact opening and surrounding cabinetry with your fitter before delivery. A rear sliding door lets staff replenish from behind without crossing the display, and the 145 kg weight factors into handling and bracing during installation.
