Why this multideck earns its place
The CED Kubus CW650 is a slimline drop-in multideck, designed to be built into a counter or fixture line rather than stand alone. At 600 mm wide and 750 mm deep with a 1,467 mm tall footprint, its narrow profile suits sites where floor space is tight but you still want chilled stock displayed on open, full-height shelving — chilled drinks, food-to-go and impulse lines presented where customers reach for them.
The defining feature is the rear sliding service door: staff restock and face up from behind the fixture, keeping the customer side clean and the display full without working across the front. Three adjustable toughened glass shelves hold up to 247 litres of chilled product, and that rear-access design makes it a natural fit for a serviced run or a back-of-counter position where front access is limited. Built from stainless steel with R290 refrigerant, it keeps stock at −1 to +5 °C efficiently.
Because it is a drop-in design, the install is about the aperture and the services, not just the floor. Weighing 145 kg, it is light enough for two people to manage delivery and positioning. The full operating specification — temperature band, capacity, weight, refrigerant and energy use — is listed on the product spec sheet, so confirm the opening, supply and clearances against those figures before you build it in.
