Why this display fridge earns its place
The Roller Grill DT734 is a flat-glass cake display fridge in a black finish, built to merchandise cakes, patisserie and chilled desserts at the counter. Integrated LED white light strips run the full height inside each corner, illuminating the shelves so finished products show their best. The flat glass panels on each side are double-glazed for insulation, keeping the cold in while giving customers a clear, unobstructed line of sight to what's on display — the cabinet does the selling, not a serve-over counter.
The internal layout holds 360 litres of product across five fixed glass shelves, which means tier spacing is set rather than adjustable. That's fine for cakes and gateaux of consistent height, but measure your tallest lines and match them against the shelf spacing before ordering. It holds product between 2°C and 10°C with fan-assisted cooling, so check that band against the desserts, patisserie or chilled items you plan to display. A hidden handle on the glass door keeps the view uncluttered and lets customers see straight through.
The cabinet comes in at 1850mm high and 600mm deep — plan for that footprint on your counter, plus airflow clearance around the back. At 150kg and running on a standard 230V supply, it slots into most café or patisserie setups.
