Why this flat glass cake display fridge earns its place
The ISA Millennium ST220 PAS is a serve-over display counter built for patisserie and fresh-cake retail, presenting stock through a flat glass front across 0.66 m² of display area. The white and grey exterior with a stainless steel interior suits a bakery, café or deli counter where cakes and desserts need to be seen and served across the counter. At 2156 mm wide it works as a primary front-of-house cabinet.
It holds a display band of +1 to +10 °C, suited to chilled patisserie and cream products, with automatic off-cycle defrost to keep the coil clear without manual intervention. It carries a climate class 3 rating, so it is built to hold temperature in warmer, busier interiors. At its rated 2591.5 kWh a year, running cost is about £648 a year at 25p/kWh, and it sits in energy class G.
The cabinet measures 2156 × 1054 × 1356 mm (W×D×H) and weighs 340 kg net, 394 kg gross, so plan delivery access and a solid floor position before install. It runs from a standard 13 A, 220-240 V supply with a 1250 W input, and uses natural R290 refrigerant. Check the 1054 mm depth against your counter run.
