Why this curved glass cake display fridge earns its place
The Frost-Tech P75-120 is a chilled patisserie display built to present cakes, gateaux and cold desserts to customers at the counter. At 1200mm wide it gives a generous glass-fronted display run, turning finished patisserie into the merchandising that drives add-on sales at the point of order.
Day to day, the cabinet runs an automatic defrost cycle, so the display stays clear without manual intervention during service. It carries a climate class 3 rating, so it is built to hold its temperature in a standard indoor environment such as a café, bakery or shop floor, keeping the display consistent across the trading day.
The cabinet measures 1200 × 750 × 1350 mm (W×D×H) and has a gross weight of 236kg. At 1200mm wide and 1350mm tall it is a counter-height unit, so plan a delivery route that can take the width and arrange handling for the weight before it goes into position. Cooling is provided by R290 refrigerant.
