Why this curved glass cake display fridge earns its place
The ISA Millennium LX170 PAS is a serve-over counter built for patisserie, presenting cakes and desserts to customers across the front of the counter. It has a white and grey exterior with a stainless-steel interior and a 0.51 m² display area, giving a clear, close-up view of delicate stock while staff serve from behind.
It holds a chilled band of +1 to +10 °C suited to finished patisserie, with automatic off-cycle defrost keeping the interior clear during normal running. It is rated climate class 3 and, on energy class G, draws 1150 W and uses about 2237.4 kWh a year — roughly £559 a year at 25p/kWh — so factor the running cost into a premium display counter.
Externally it measures 1661 mm wide, 1080 mm deep and 1356 mm high, so plan clear doorway and gangway access for a counter this wide before it arrives. It weighs 300 kg net (348 kg gross) and needs proper handling into position. It runs on a 13-amp 220–240 V supply and uses R290 refrigerant.
