Why this curved glass cake display fridge earns its place
The ISA MILLENNIUM LX120 PAS is a curved-glass serve-over counter built for patisserie, designed for assisted, over-the-counter service. Its 0.34 m² curved-glass display presents cakes and delicate patisserie to the customer while staff serve from behind, in a white cabinet with a stainless-steel interior that wipes down cleanly.
Behind the glass the counter offers 630 litres gross and 118 litres net of working space. Cooling uses natural R290 refrigerant, and the cabinet is rated to climate class 3. It carries a G energy rating at 1825 kWh a year, which works out at about £456 a year at 25p/kWh, depending on your tariff.
The counter is a substantial piece of front-of-house equipment at 290 kg, so plan the floor and delivery route accordingly. Power is a single 13 amp supply, so it connects without a dedicated three-phase circuit. The stainless-steel interior stands up to daily cleaning in a busy patisserie or café.
