Why this curved glass cake display fridge earns its place
The Frost-Tech P75-100 is a curved-glass chilled patisserie display, 1000mm wide, made to lift cakes, gateaux and fine patisserie onto a café or bakery counter. The curved front glass gives customers a clear, open line of sight to the display while keeping product chilled behind the glass, so what you make is doing the selling at the till.
Defrost is automatic, so the cabinet clears its own coil through the day without you switching it off or emptying it out. It carries a climate class 3 rating, which means it holds its set temperature in interiors up to 25°C ambient — the sort of serving area or shop floor most displays live on. It runs on R290, a low-GWP hydrocarbon refrigerant used across modern commercial refrigeration.
The cabinet measures 1000 × 750 × 1350 mm (W×D×H). At 750mm deep and 1000mm wide it clears a standard single doorway, but at a gross 205kg it needs a two-person lift or a trolley, a planned delivery route and a solid, level floor to sit on. Keep it clear of ovens, radiators and direct sun so it holds temperature within its rated climate class.
