The Drop-In Cubic Refrigerated Display – Closed 4/1 is an enclosed refrigerated display built to drop into a counter or buffet island. Measuring 1440 mm wide, 720 mm deep and 1430 mm high, it presents chilled product inside an enclosed cube, keeping food on show while enclosing it from the room — useful where you want merchandised stock visible but protected across the trading day. The 4/1 footprint is built around the gastronorm 1/1 pan format, so catering pans and trays load straight in. It runs at +4 to +10°C with LED interior lighting and ventilated cooling.
It is a display-and-holding unit: stock it with food already at temperature and it keeps that product cold and presented through service rather than chilling warm product down. The enclosed stainless-steel cube houses the food in a contained chilled space, which suits stock kept on show across longer periods. Because food is protected inside, the unit is well-suited to fixed serve points where the cabinet stays in position all day.
As a drop-in unit it is designed to be set into a prepared aperture in your counter or island, and its enclosed cubic form sits proud of the counter line, so plan sightlines and clearance around it as well as the cut-out.
