The Parry Flexi-Serve FD230 is an ambient cupboard from the modular Flexi-Serve servery range, combining an enclosed storage cupboard, a plain top and an LED-illuminated gantry. It measures 900mm high, 860mm wide and 700mm deep, in stainless steel with glass panels — a compact unit that suits smaller servery runs, cafés and deli counters where you want closed storage below and lit merchandising above, in a single unit that lines up with the rest of a servery run. The FS-A2Pack format accommodates two gastronorm pans, so it works well as a single-outlet station or as part of a longer run.
Being an ambient cupboard, it holds room-temperature stock and servery consumables rather than chilled product — crockery, dry goods, packaging and back-up lines kept to hand at the counter. The plain top gives a usable work and landing surface, while the LED gantry lights the goods presented above it, keeping a buffet or grab-and-go line looking deliberate through service. At just 10W, the LED draws minimal power and generates no heat — ideal for tight counter spaces or front-of-house positions.
As part of a modular servery system it stands alongside other Flexi-Serve units to build a continuous counter, and at 89.5 kg it's straightforward to position.
