Why this beer fridge earns its place
The GL004 is a Polar G-Series back bar cooler — a triple-door bottle cooler built to sit behind the service line and keep bottled stock chilled and to hand. At 1350mm wide and 520mm deep, it's a full-width unit holding 330 litres across six adjustable shelves. It is a back-of-bar format, so the cabinet works as both cold storage and a front-of-house fixture, keeping mixers, beers and bottled drinks organised where staff pour. The 80kg cabinet is finished in painted steel and glass.
In use it holds a +2 to +8 °C chilled band, the standard range for bottled drinks and mixers rather than deep-chilled or frozen stock. Cooling runs on R600a, a hydrocarbon refrigerant, and the three doors let you section stock across the cabinet so fast-moving lines stay nearest the pass. The GL004 runs from 230V and draws 350W (around 2.1 kWh per day). Daily operation is energy class D rated.
As a back bar unit it is designed to run along the rear bar line. Plan the run with clear door swing and restocking access, and confirm your mains position can supply 350W. The cabinet carries 2 years' parts and labour warranty. Full dimensions, shelving and power figures are listed in the specification table on this page, so your fitter can size the gap and the circuit before install.
