Why this beer fridge earns its place
The Fagor EERM Series EERM-3 SS is a three-door back bar cooler finished in stainless steel. It is designed to sit along the back bar, keeping bottled beers, cans and mixers cold and to hand at the point of service. Back-bar format means stock stays where the bartender works, so the busy service line never has to leave the pour to restock.
Three separate doors let staff open only the section they are drawing from, so the rest of the cabinet stays shut and cold through a busy shift. Six adjustable shelves span 315 litres of chilled capacity. The stainless steel construction is hard-wearing and wipes down quickly, which matters on a bar where spills, splashes and constant handling are the norm rather than the exception.
As a floor-standing back-bar unit, the EERM-3 SS is built to run along the back counter within the service zone. The cabinet measures 1375 mm wide, 565 mm deep and 900 mm high, weighs 110 kg, and runs from a standard 220–240V supply. Before install, confirm the available run of space for the cabinet and agree the power supply and positioning with your installer so the unit sits level and ventilates properly in its final home.
