The INFRICO ERV35PP is a triple hinged solid-door bottle cooler, a back-bar cabinet built to keep a working range of bottled and canned drinks cold and ready to serve. The solid doors — as opposed to glass — make this a storage-and-chilling cabinet rather than a display piece, well suited to a back-bar position where the priority is holding stock cold rather than showing it off.
Three hinged doors split the front into working sections, so staff can open one part of the cabinet during a rush while the other two stay shut and hold their temperature. That keeps the cold stable behind the bar through a busy service instead of losing it every time a door opens.
At 1350 mm wide, 510 mm deep and 920 mm high, the ERV35PP fits a defined back-bar run, and the 510 mm depth clears most standard doorways on the way in. Measure the wall length and door-swing clearance on site before ordering, and plan a two-person handle for delivery and positioning.
