Why this single door bar fridge earns its place
The Blizzard BAR1 is a single glass-door bottle cooler for back-bar and front-of-house drinks display. The glass door puts chilled bottles and cans on show so customers can see the range while the cabinet holds them at serving condition, and the compact single-door footprint is sized to slot into a bar line or under a counter run.
Day to day it runs at a measured 53 dB, which is the figure to weigh against a quiet front-of-house or dining room where cabinet noise carries. Automatic defrost clears frost on a timed cycle without the cabinet being stripped down, and the climate class 4 rating means it is tested to a warmer ambient band — worth having behind a busy bar where the surrounding air runs warm.
For installation, the external footprint is 598 mm wide, 520 mm deep and 900 mm tall, so it sits at typical under-counter height and tucks into a 600 mm-wide gap. At 44 kg it is a manageable single-cabinet install. The sealed system uses R600a, a low-GWP natural hydrocarbon refrigerant.
